Making A Purchase.
1. Please note your payment via HSBC will be credited to 24-7 Electrical Limited of which elecbits.com is a Trading Name. Payments via PayPal will be credited to elecbits.com. The transaction on your bill will appear as "PAYPAL ELECBITSCOM"
2. Making a purchase could not be easier. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payment, please just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' icon and you will be asked to complete a few details that we need to be able to process and complete the order.
3. Once you have confirmed your acceptance of the Total Amount due, Please slect a Payment option, HSBC or PayPal.

5. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
6. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are

Trade Accounts.
1. To open a Trade Account you will need either to download a Trade Account Application Form from the elecbits.com web site or Email or write to us for a copy, once completed send it to The Accounts Manager, 24-7 Electrical Limited, 167 Townsfield Road, Winsford, Cheshire. CW7 4AX.
2. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Gripple®™ Products:

1. There is a minimum order value of £100.00 GBP excluding VAT for Gripple Products only.
2. A delivery charge applies to all orders under £200.00 GBP excluding VAT. The current charge is £15.00 GBP excluding VAT. As at the date of issue of these terms and Conditions.
3. For all orders over £200.00 GBP excluding VAT for Gripple Products only, Carriage is paid to a UK mainland address.
4. A 24-hour delivery service is available direct to site. Please contact us for details via the elecbites.com web site.
5. Special Products Quoted upon request via the elecbites.com web site.
6. Double Toggle-ends are available for sizes 1,2, and 3.
7. Stainless Steel and Fire certified Gripple only available with Size 3.
8. Gripple hangers are supplied as a complete kit ready for use.
9. Each kit consists of a wire rope sling [wire manufactured to BS 302]. And is available in a choice of endings [Loop-end, Stud-end, Toggle-end] and a Gripple to adjust the free end. One setting key is provided per bag.
10. The Safe Working Load [SWL] for each size incorporates a safety factor of 5:1.
11. Each product is made in standard lengths from 1M to 10M. Non Standard lengths, or half meters can be made and priced upon request via the elecbites.com web site.
12. Full product information is available, upon request via the elecbites.com site, in the Gripple Engineer’s Technical Manual, either Electronically or in booklet form.

Terms of Payment for Approved Trade Accounts.
1. The Purchaser shall make payment to 24-7 Electrical Ltd by the 28th day of the month following that of the date of the 24-7 Electrical Limited invoice.
2. No discount shall be deducted unless so agreed by 24-7 Electrical Ltd in writing.
3. In the absence of despatch instructions 24-7 Electrical Ltd shall be entitled to invoice the Goods immediately they are completed. 24-7 Electrical Ltd shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of one and one half per cent per month on all overdue accounts and in addition to suspend delivery of any other Goods to or performance of any other services for the Purchaser until such overdue payment is paid in Full.

Shipping and Handling.
1. We ship both UK Mainland and International Orders, within 2 to 3 Working Days from receipt of payment being approved, based upon the Carriage terms agreed to at the time of Order placement.
2. Dependant upon the Carrier used the time for delivery and its performance is given as accurately as possible but it is not guaranteed and is subject to the carriers Terms and Conditions of Carriage.
3. The Purchaser shall have no right to damages or penalty or to cancel the order for delay from any cause.

Damage and Loss in Transit of Goods.
1. The Purchaser on delivery shall examine all goods.
2. The Company shall not be liable for claims in respect of shortage or damage in transit unless the Carrier and the Company are notified in writing within three days of delivery or such period as the Carrier's conditions may provide.
3. In the case of non-delivery, the Purchaser shall give notice to the Supplier within ten days of the date of the notice from the Company advising despatch of the Goods.
4. Failure to notify the Company accordingly shall render the Purchaser liable for payment for the Goods. (All advice notes, where Goods are sent to third Parties will be posted as soon as possible after the goods have been despatched).

Title and Risk.
1. The title and property shall pass to the Purchaser when payment in full shall have been made to the Company.
2. Risk shall pass to the Purchaser on delivery.
Delivery Schedule.
1. All Standard stock is offered on an Ex Stock basis, subject to Prior Sales at the time of Order placement.
2. Special Items will be delivered as per our specific Quotation and your written and or emailed acceptance.

Back Orders.
1. If the Items you require in stock are less than the number you require, you be given the opportunity to advise us that you require the balance.
2. We will then Email once we have an estimate of the due delivery date when the goods will be in stock.
3. Once the goods are to hand [in stock] we will Email you so that you may log in and make your purchase.

Tax Charges.
1. For orders made within the European Union, VAT currently 17.5% will be added, in line with current legislation, to your Invoice value.
2. All other orders are VAT free.

2. No liability shall arise on 24-7 Electrical Ltd for any claim for expenditure in respect of such Goods or Services unless it has been duly authorised in writing by the Company before it is incurred.
3. This guarantee is given in lieu of all other conditions, warranties or undertakings expressed or implied by Common Law or Statute, which are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
